Introduction

Copeo, owned by Copeoapp, acts as the controller of your personal data. We have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain how we process the collected information and why we need to collect certain personal data. It is essential that you read this Policy before using the Copeo website. We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal data.

Personal Information We Collect

When visiting Copeo, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including data about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. Additionally, while browsing the site, we collect information about the web pages or individual products you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the site, and how you interact with the site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information.”

We may also collect the personal data you provide to us (including but not limited to your name, surname, address, email address, payment information, etc.) during the registration process to fulfill the agreement.

Use of Data

At Copeo, we use the collected data to improve the user experience within our app. This includes:

  • Personalizing content shown on the platform.

  • Recommending relevant features to each user.

  • Displaying selected ads based on user interests and preferences.

  • Notifying users about new products, services, or apps developed by Copeo Corp that may be of interest. We only send these notifications by email to users who have agreed to receive them.

Data Sale or Exchange

We value our users’ privacy. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. All information collected is used exclusively to improve our services and ensure a better user experience.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage services and our email delivery provider), always under strict confidentiality and security conditions.

We do not share data with third-party advertisers without your explicit consent.

Sharing Data with Copeo Corp Group Companies

We may share information with other apps, products, or services operated by Copeo Corp to enhance your experience and offer personalized recommendations.

However, we will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties outside of Copeo Corp for commercial purposes.

If you wish to stop receiving communications about new Copeo Corp products, you can manage your preferences in your account settings or send a request to info@copeoapp.com.

User Consent and Settings Options

You can manage your preferences regarding content and ad personalization in your account settings. You may also opt out of personalized ads or product updates by emailing info@copeoapp.com or using the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails.

Email communications can be turned on and off at any time from Settings → Communications in the Copeo app.

Email Communications

If your account has an email address, we ask you once whether you would like to receive occasional emails about news, offers and other information related to Copeo. This is entirely optional, and choosing not to receive them has no effect on your use of the app.

For this purpose, we store the email address associated with your account, the sign-in provider it came from and the date you gave your agreement. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, either from Settings → Communications within the app or through the “Unsubscribe” link included in every email we send. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of emails sent before you did so.

If you withdraw your consent, we stop sending you these emails and keep a record of your withdrawal, including your email address, so that we can honour it. If you delete your Copeo account, this record is deleted along with the rest of your data.

To send these emails, we use a third-party email service provider, which processes your email address on our behalf and may be located outside the European Economic Area.

Security Measures for Data Protection

We implement security measures such as data encryption, access controls, and regular audits to protect your information. We continuously review and update our security practices to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of your personal data.
