Copeo is intended for users aged 18 and over, and we work hard to maintain a community made up exclusively of adults.
We use a network of tools, systems, and both manual and automated review and moderation processes, and we invest significant resources to prevent underage users from accessing our app.
These tools include automated analysis of profiles for red flags in language and images; manual reviews of suspicious profiles and activities, as well as reports submitted by users; and blocking of email addresses, phone numbers, and other identifiers linked to underage users attempting to bypass restrictions. We also rely on our users to report any profile featuring a minor, so we can investigate and remove the account if necessary.
We don’t want underage users on Copeo. Period.
Any form of prostitution—whether offering or soliciting—is against our Terms of Use.
If a user comes across a profile that violates our terms, we encourage them to report it using the report tool available on all Copeo profiles or online. These reports allow our dedicated community team to take appropriate actions, which may include removing the profile or banning the user.
Profiles (or users) that promote illegal substances are in violation of our Terms of Use.
We have a system in place to detect and remove such profiles from the app. If a user sees a profile that violates our terms, we encourage them to report it through the app.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment on the platform.

We have a dedicated fraud team that uses advanced technology to detect suspicious activity, analyze profiles for red flag language, and perform manual reviews of profiles and user-reported behavior.
Ultimately, no one should ever send money to someone they haven’t met in person, even if they met on Copeo.
We also encourage our members to report anyone asking for financial information.
